"This is not something I usually do"

    Hello Mr. Rowe, I know we have not had the opportunity to meet each other and this is not something I usually do, but I just wanted to give you some feedback on my experience with your Porsche dealership. I live in Coral Springs , Fl and have a Porsche dealership five minutes from my home. My brother has a secondary beach home in Melbourne. We took a ride to your dealership with the idea of looking at a Carrera. Your salesman, now our salesman, Dylan Kotoulis was so awesome and easy to work with that my brother, who also lives close to me and five minutes from that same dealership, ended up buying a Carrera from your dealership, and I also have purchased a Cayman from your dealership last month. At this time we are now in pursuit of a Mercedes, which we will purchase from your dealership with Dylan. Again, I don't usually do this, but I just wanted to say thank you to you and your staff for making all our purchases and experiences with you a pleasure. Michael Puleio was very knowledgeable and very pleasant going out of his to make sure we were comfortable while negotiating. Due to the time period 3-8p.m. and being a diabetic he made sure we ate from catered lounge. Although it was a busy day at the dealership, we were treated as though we were the only customer there. Also I had to have my front tag installed the next day, and the Service Dept. was just as nice and took my car immediately and offered me to go to the lounge and watch TV and help myself to a sandwich and something to drink. Of all the dealers I have purchased cars from, Mercedes-Benz of Melbourne is the best.

"Made an inconvenient situation easy to handle"

This past Sunday around noon, my Audi wagon died on US 1 in Sebastian. Within a few minutes, your service advisor, Roger Gulliver, pulled up to my car. He was passing in the opposite direction, his wife was in the car and he was on his way to meet friends for lunch, but he turned around and came back to help.He called the dealership to arrange for a loaner car and tried to arrange towing.. He offered to wait for AAA to come and tow the car. I insisted that he continue on to lunch. I had a friend with me and was in a safe spot. He called several times from the restaurant for updates and when the tow truck arrived he met me at the dealership My husband and I are good customers, having purchased two Audis from your dealership, but Mr Gulliver did not know that when he turned around. We have always received great service from your dealership but this was above and beyond. Mr Gulliver could have continued on US1 that Sunday afternoon and no one would have been the wiser. He did not.I'm sure you hear plenty when things go wrong. Mr Gulliver made an inconvenient situation easier to handle. I thank him.

I was very pleased with the quick response from your service department when my car wouldn't start, then the quick response getting the tow truck to my location. When I arrived at your facility I was immediately escorted to Roberto Fleites who was extremely helpful and made me feel comfortable in your lounge while the vehicle was being checked over. It was not too long before he told me what the problem was, the cost of the repair and estimated time for work to be accomplished. Since my vehicle was due for it annual maintenance in September, I asked Roberto to have this service work to be done at the same time and it was accomplished together with the repair work. "Five out of five stars rating..."

Courtney Pryor wasn't circling like a vulture as most of the salesmen at other dealerships were that day. I really hate it when the sales staff fight over who is going to get the next victim. I really can't classify Courtney as a car salesman. He is more of an Automotive Consultant. Never once did he utter the words, "What can I do to earn your business today?" If you have been to most dealerships you will be asked this question at least three times before you leave. He also didn't bring in the sales manager to apply as much pressure as possible before we made it to our car.

I don't give five stars very often because it means that there is little room for improvement. Those of you who have read my ratings before know that this is true. I give Courtney five out of five stars. If you are looking for a new Mercedes-Benz, Audi or a Porsche and you happen to be in central Florida you should give him a call and he will work hard for you.

I want to thank you Horst for making the purchase of my new 2012 Panamera such an easy and enjoyable experience. From the moment I contacted you about getting a Panamera, I knew you and Porsche of Melbourne were going to take care of me and find the right Porsche for me. You and POM did that and more.

All the people we dealt with were professional and made my wife and me fell is if we were important. Mrs Hilda Lanier took us through the DMV and financial paperwork without a hitch. She explained the process and made sure we understood everything. The technician who wired my radar detector did a fantastic job. I could never have done it that well. Although it took a litter longer than I expected, getting it done right is better than just getting it done.

The Clear Bra paid for itself on the drive home. We encountered a 'love bug' swarm and front bumper area got covered. It was so easy to clean and no paint damage. Thanks to you for help with Home-Link. It was the batteries. After I changed the battery, the entire setup took 3 minutes.

Finally, the Panamera is a dream to drive. The drive home was quick, smooth, and a pleasure. I will miss the 911 but I have a 92-968 for the track time fix.

Adele and I were active members of the Chicago Regions of the Mercedes Club of America and the Porsche Club of America through the 1980s and most of the 1990s. Curiously, the Chicago region dealers paid little more than lip service to these choice groups of enthusiasts.

Prior to your ownership, I shopped the Melbourne Mercedes dealership for a new 2003 S430. A sales representative with spiked hair seemed more interested in my ancient Rolex than the car. And then the sales pitch, I was cornered in a small office and figuratively arm wrestled to the ground. Buyers of quality cars expect more than that and I left, ordered a new Benz from Mercedes of Orlando and later purchased a used 2003 Porsche Cabriolet from Porsche of Orlando. That was an expensive mistake as the car was misrepresented.

On one of the Space Coast events that left from your Porsche dealership, Horst invited me to try a new 2006 Cayenne S, I purchased that car and last year I ordered a new Carrera. I hope that this demonstrates that we appreciate your sponsorship of the club and that we intend to support you.

"Drum Roll Please"

Just a quick shout out reminder on the good fortune we have as a result of our close ties to Porsche of Melbourne. I was in need of a new foglight assembly for the 933. For some unknown reason these things are way more expensive than on other early cars even though the level if complexity is not really any different.

All the big online retailers including Automotion have very similar pricing. Right at $309 less tax.

Generally speaking these retailers come in less than a standard dealership. As i always do when it comes to factory parts I called Patrick at POM to check on the "club" price. Drum roll................$241 and it will be here on Wednesday with no extra shipping charge.
