Richard Suarez has been at Mercedes-Benz of Melbourne and Porsche of Melbourne since 2007, and has been "in the business" for 19 years. Since starting as Service Director, the Service Department has been recognized as the Mercedes-Benz Gold Level Winner for 2008 - Pace Setter, Service and Parts. He's also proud to be a part of continuing to carry on the Premier Dealer Award from Porsche that Porsche of Melbourne has won for five years in a row. Centered on customer satisfaction, the Porsche of Melbourne Service Department is first in the nation in customer satisfaction! Richard specializes in Mercedes-Benz vehicles and the Porsche brand, but has experience in other luxury brands. He was born and raised in Florida, and enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 kids.
Jason Brannam has been at Mercedes-Benz of Melbourne and Porsche of Melbourne since 2003, and has been "in the business" for 22 years. He has been dedicated to Mercedes-Benz for all of his 22 years and has spent 10 years with Porsche. As the Parts Manager, he can help you find the right part for your car - he recalls the hardest part he ever had to find was a time when a customer asked, "Can I buy the red thing next to the black thing under the dash?" When asked what model Mercedes-Benz they had, the customer replied, "It's a Benz." Jason can help any customer! On a personal note, he loves spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, motorcycles, and "making the deal."
Charles Kleinschnitz has been at Mercedes-Benz of Melbourne since March of 2007. He processes every pre-owned car on the lot to make sure they meet our high standards. He also oversees the lot organization and the overall maintenance and presentation of the building.
