    Hello, and welcome to Mercedes-Benz of Melbourne and Porsche of Melbourne. I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their patience as we start forward on our journey. Our goal is to create an unparalleled car buying experience that puts the customer's needs first and results in a lifetime relationship with us. We will give customers access to the car industry on their terms and deliver this access through empowered and well trained employees who reinforce our mission daily.

    To do this, we need constant feedback from you, our valued customers. I personally welcome any and all feedback whether it be in person, over the phone, or via email. What we are doing well, what we can improve on, or what you would like to see us do in the future.

    Horst Seibert has been at Mercedes-Benz of Melbourne and Porsche of Melbourne since 2007, and has been "in the business" since 1995. He has always worked for Porsche, and no matter where he was working, the dealership he worked for was a Porsche Premier Dealer. This means that dealership is in the Top 25 Dealerships in the nation. Originally from Karlsruhe, Germany, Horst is bilingual in German and English. He is a Porsche Certified Sales Manager, and is proud that Porsche of Melbourne is the Number One Porsche Premier Dealer in the Nation right now! He is an expert in "tourist deliveries," and can help you buy your car in Melbourne so that you can pick it up in Germany. As an avid Porsche enthusiast, Horst is a member of the Space Coast Region Porsche Club of America. He says, "I'm an advocate of Porsche passion. I don't just sell cars, I sell the cars that you will fall in love with and that help you find fun!"

Serving as the Pre-Owned Sales Manager, he sells - and also buys - quality pre-owned vehicles. On a personal note, David is married, has 4 children, 4 horses, 2 dogs, and a cat. David says, "Please call me if you don't see anything that you wish to drive! I will find the vehicle you're looking for!"

    Charles Kleinschnitz has been at Mercedes-Benz of Melbourne and Porsche of Melbourne since 2007. He processes every pre-owned car on the lot to make sure they meet our high standards. He also oversees the lot organization and the overall maintenance and presentation of the building. Charles was born and raised in Melbourne, and has lived here for the majority of his life. He has 2 brothers, one sister, and a beautiful niece. He also has a rottweiler and loves sports in general. He's been a die-hard Florida Gators fan his whole life - Go Gators!

    Hilda Lanier has been at Mercedes-Benz of Melbourne and  Porsche of Melbourne since 2009 and has been in Automotive Finance Management since 1984. Since starting at Mercedes-Benz of Melbourne and  Porsche of Melbourne, she has already achieved her 2009 Mercedes-Benz Standards of Excellence Certification! On a personal note, Hilda has lived in Florida for most of her life, after coming here from Cuba as a young child. She married her best friend in college, and has been married to him for more than 32 years. As a member of the Management Team, Hilda looks forward to meeting and serving all current and future customers in person.

    Jason Brannam has been at Mercedes-Benz of Melbourne and Porsche of Melbourne since 2003, and has been "in the business" for 22 years. He has been dedicated to Mercedes-Benz for all of his 22 years and has spent 10 years with Porsche. As the Parts Manager, he can help you find the right part for your car - he recalls the hardest part he ever had to find was a time when a customer asked, "Can I buy the red thing next to the black thing under the dash?" When asked what model Mercedes-Benz they had, the customer replied, "It's a Benz." Jason can help any customer! On a personal note, he loves spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, motorcycles, and "making the deal."

    Richard Suarez has been at Mercedes-Benz of Melbourne and Porsche of Melbourne since 2007, and has been "in the business" for 19 years. Since starting as Service Director, the Service Department has been recognized as the Mercedes-Benz Gold Level Winner for 2008 - Pace Setter, Service and Parts. He's also proud to be a part of continuing to carry on the Premier Dealer Award from Porsche that Porsche of Melbourne has won for three years in a row. Centered on customer satisfaction, the Porsche of Melbourne Service Department is first in the nation in customer satisfaction! Richard specializes in Mercedes-Benz vehicles and the Porsche brand, but has experience in other luxury brands. He was born and raised in Florida, and enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 kids.

    Andy Kinner has been at Mercedes of Melbourne and Porsche of Melbourne for 3 years. He has worked in Porsche Service the entire time, and is currently the Porsche Service Manager. Originally from Melbourne, Andy retired from the Air Force in 2002. He's been married for 26 years, and has 2 sons. He enjoys spending time with his family, watching his son play soccer, and fishing. His favorite things about being the Porsche Service Manager are working with the people and attending Porsche functions.

    Donna Edwards has been at Mercedes-Benz of Melbourne and Porsche of Melbourne since 2007, and serves many different roles in the dealership. Along with Customer Relations, she is Shay Rowe's Executive Assistant, helps coordinate the public events that the dealership participates in, directs employee functions, assists all department managers, and represents Mercedes-Benz of Melbourne and Porsche of Melbourne throughout the community.

    Mickey Duvall has been at Mercedes-Benz of Melbourne and Porsche of Melbourne since 1997.  During her 20 years in the car business, she has held positions in each of the departments, finding her niche in accounting. Mickey is currently the Office Manager for the dealership and has earned many awards, including the Porsche Business Guild Certificate of Achievement (2007), and has maintained her Standards of Excellence Mercedes-Benz Certification for several years. Originally beginning at a Cadillac dealership in Bethesda, Maryland, Mickey moved to Florida in 1995, when she started working for the company that is now Mercedes-Benz of Melbourne and Porsche of Melbourne. It's remarkable that her 20 years of experience have been through only 2 dealerships!
